With broad ranging experience across agency recruitment, entrepreneurial ventures and leadership roles in multi-national businesses we’ve "seen a few things" both here in NZ and overseas.

We embrace change, love what we do and aren’t afraid to be different from our industry counterparts. In fact, we strive for that last one!

Our singular passion is in working with clients who have ambition, vibrancy and a true understanding of their own culture. 

There are endless options available if you want a recruitment agency who can do the 'same old thing'. We operate under the belief that matching great talent with awesome opportunities isn't simply a transaction. 

We never advertise roles on job boards but instead prefer to spend our time creating extensive high quality networks of both active and passive professional job seekers.

As well as finding great talent, we love building and implementing cool, easy and fun ways for our clients to recruit awesome people.
